The apartment is very comfortable and is in a very quiet area. It is close to downtown and the bus and metro stations.

– Check-in time: 4 PM – 2 AM (fees apply after 12 AM)
– Check-out time: 10 AM
– No loud noise or music past 9:00 PM, indoors and outdoors
– No parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette stays ($1,000 penalty)
– No smoking, vaping, hookah or illegal substances of any kind ($1,000 penalty if determined to have been brought onto premises)
– No firearms
– No shoes inside the home (house slippers available upon request)
– No extra/overnight guests other than stated in your reservation
– No mail or packages delivered to property. Please send to nearby pick-up location
– No moving or rearranging furniture
– No pre-checked bag storage (may be available upon request with fee)
– No pets or other animals of any kind allowed on premises. Service animals will require a $500 deep cleaning fee and a $500 refundable deposit for each.
– No food allowed on couch + TV area and within bedrooms
– No disturbing neighbors. Please be quiet and respectful on driveway and do not block neighbors’ marked driveway areas.
– No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces within paved driveway. Can fit up to four mid-sized cars.
– No adjusting AC thermometer below 67 degrees. It will break the unit.
– No unplugging of electronics, e.g. TVs, cable boxes, routers, lamps, etc.
– Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances such as hair tools, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home and turn off stove, oven, AC/heater
– Adult supervision of children on the property required at ALL times, in ALL areas indoor and outdoor.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund and keep your security deposit if any of these rules are broken
These rules are in place to maintain the highest quality standards in our accommodations for the benefit of our guests.
Guest access
We provide our guests with contactless self check-in with access to the entire house. Additional details provided near check-in. Parking for up to 4 cars is available on the driveway.
Other things to note
‼️ Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors as this is a quiet residential area.
❌ Do not park in front of or block access to neighbors and their driveways
– One bath towel, one hand towel, and one makeup towel per guest (more available upon request).
– Please note that there is no bathtub and only walk-in showers. Infant bathtub available.
– Please note that bedrooms do not have TVs
– Garage is to remain closed at all times
– Access to home is through the white gate, which is not locked and will need to be pulled open.
– Trash collection: Mondays
– Street sweeping: Thursday 8am – 12pm. No street parking is allowed during this period. The guest is liable for any incurred citations or fees and host will not be held responsible for any issues regarding street sweeping and parking.
– Yard and garden maintenance: Mondays. The gardening professional(s) will clean the front yard and will access the backyard via the side gate.
– After the reservation is confirmed, we will ask you to agree to our house rules and for a government issued ID. Both are required for access to the home.
Property disclosure:
Our security system includes four exterior cameras monitoring the front and rear entry points, garage, and sides, recording video and audio in response to live motion movement in the area. A smart home device is installed in the living room to detect smoke and monitor noise decibels exclusively without recording audio or video. All camera devices operate 24/7 and are situated on the exterior of the property solely intended for security purposes. There are no cameras within the home to protect your privacy. There are four water leak sensors inside the home where water pipes are connected.
As hosts, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests and strive to maintain a secure environment. However, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages that may occur to guests or their belongings during their stay at our home. We strongly recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events or emergencies. Guests are also encouraged to take necessary precautions, such as locking doors and windows and avoiding hazardous activities. By booking with us, guests acknowledge their responsibility for their own safety and release the host from liability for any incidents during their stay.
